Public Notice of Proposed Policy 

Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf invites public comment on the following proposed policies. 
In accordance with applicable state law, policies are posted for stakeholder review and feedback prior to adoption by the Board of Trustees.

Proposed Policy Revisions

 
The above proposed policies and policy revisions are available for public review on our website www.encsd.net and for inspection in person at the Woodard Administration Building. 
Written comments may be submitted to:

Comments must be received before September 15, 2026, at 12 PM.
Comments received during the public comment period will be provided to the Board of Trustees for consideration as part of the policy review process.
