Campus Visits

We welcome visits from parents and guardians, as staying involved in your child’s education is vital. If you would like to visit your child or meet with a teacher, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and organized visit.

Scheduling Visits with Your Child

To schedule a visit with your child during school hours, please contact your child’s teacher directly or reach out to the Assistant to the Principal. We kindly ask that all visits be scheduled in advance to avoid disrupting class time.

How to Schedule a Visit

Scheduling Meetings with a Teacher

If you wish to meet with a teacher regarding your child’s academic progress or any concerns, please reach out to the teacher via email or contact the Assistant to the Principal to coordinate a suitable time for both parties.

Visitation Guidelines

To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, we ask that all visitors adhere to the following guidelines:

Visitor Check-In

All visitors must sign in at the school’s front office in Woodard upon arrival and receive a visitor’s badge before entering the campus. This helps us ensure the safety of students and staff. 

Visitation Hours

Visitation hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please check with the school to confirm the most current visiting hours.

Identification

Please bring your Driver’s License or a valid photo identification with you when visiting. This is a school safety requirement.

Special Requests or Requirements

If you have specific needs, such as requiring an interpreter or accommodations for accessibility, please inform the school in advance, and we will do our best to assist.

Important Notes

• All visits should be pre arranged to avoid disruptions to the learning environment.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel a visit, kindly notify the school at least 24 hours in advance.
