School Improvement Team
According to General Statue§ 115C-105.27, the purpose of ENCSD's School Improvement Team (SIT) is to develop a School Improvement Plan (SIP) to improve student performance. The SIT shall consist of the following members: Teachers, EDAs, Student Life, Food Service, Nurses, Parents, and Community who are voted by their peers in a secret ballot. The SIP shall address goals and strategies in each school's strategic plan which focuses on supporting student learning and improving student educational outcomes. All SIPs shall be, to the greatest extent possible, data driven.

Meetings
Everyone is welcome to attend any or all of ENCSD's School Improvement Team meetings. Staff members may miss an ASL class or an Operation Accelerate meeting to attend the SIT meeting(s). Staff with other obligations who would like to attend, are encouraged to discuss attending meetings with School Director Dr. Handley to ensure absence from other obligations are covered. Everyone is welcome to join us as we work towards improving outcomes and achievement for every student.
SIT meetings are scheduled to take place on the following dates at 3:15 PM in the Massey Conference Room. You can also find these dates in the Calendar. If you cannot make it in person, please notify us if you would like the meeting link to attend remotely.
