This week during speech and language sessions, some of our middle school students had the opportunity to practice functional vocabulary and sequencing skills with a spring themed cooking activity. The student's favorite part was taste testing their hard work at the end! 🐛🍪🍫

The cafeteria celebrated the event with 🕵️ spy/investigator decor, thematic breakfast menus and activity sheets for the students to complete during breakfast. Students were even greeted by top secret agents. The grand finale included showing the students an Inspector Gadget movie and all students receiving a TOP SECRET goodie bag complete with invisible ink, notepads, stickers, and a magnifying glass!🔎

We celebrated student birthdays for December, January & February on Wednesday, February 26th.🎂🎁

We celebrated Read Across America in the cafeteria on Tuesday. There was a birthday cake celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday, and plenty of costumes of the Dr. Seuss characters.
