Read Across America
ENCSD recently celebrated Read Across America Day, a nationwide day of celebrating the value, importance, and fun of reading! We kicked off the day with a book talk, a hilarious skit, and a reader's oath. Four special guest readers were invited to do an ASL read-aloud of a book or eBook: Bola Desalu, Associate Accessibility Relationship Manager of Relay NC, Nicole Williamson, Teacher of the Deaf, Johnston County Schools, Natasha Wood, High School History Teacher, and Frank Zhang, Educational Technology Specialist.
